Second round of dialog cards won't play audio

During the first round with 2 cards in the deck, the audio plays fine, but on the second round if I click on the audio icon it doesn't play. If you refresh the browser, the audio works again until you move to the next round. This happens on Moodle 3.6.5 (H5P plugin version 1.19.1) and Wordpress 5.2.2 (HP5 plugin vers 1.13.1) on both desktop and mobile (and the moodle mobile app).
Desktop browsers: Edge, Chrome, Firefox
Mobile Android: chrome, firefox.

Validating h5p package failed. (version 1.23??)

We're having a problem using the H5P plugin for Moodle. It's stating we need to have version 1.23 but the plugin version only goes to 1.19

Can you explain what exactly needs to be updated?
