Bugs in content types

In H5P presentations the full-screen button sometimes appears, sometimes it does not. This happens in the 'environment' and I can't find an explanation for it. There are no settings to enable/disable the full-screen button. I experimented with 2 presentations with the same content in the same environment (browser: Chrome on desktop), please see attached screenshot.

Any explanation, please?

I recently inherited an LMS site  which is experiencing an error when displaying H5P quizzes in Safari.

The iframe comes back as empty, with no apparent errors in the console, and no apparent related PHP errors.

For now we are directing users to Chrome etc.

Hi All,

First of all, thank you so much because I always benefit from the information I read here. From now on, I'll try to contribute more. I am experiencing a problem that suddenly start to happen. When I try to edit any kind of H5P in a Moodle 3.5.7 I have the same error message. I've turned debugging on and had different messages in my stage and production envionment. Any of you had this problem before? We have many different security configurations on server and different firewalls, do you think that those firewall could be the problem source?
