Bugs in content types

Dear all, 

I've noticed that there is a bug happening when using presentations in the game map. 

This is happening on both Chrome and Mozilla, I have also tested it on Safari Mobile:

1. Create Game Map and add a Course Presentation slide with any conent (I took an image)

2. Save changes and open the Game Map with the presentation

3. Click Full Screen on the presentation at the bottom right corner and exit the exercise stage.

4. Try to open the Course Presentation again. Contents are not displayed. 

The issue is only happening with my clients, the h5p content is not showing for them on Wordpress 6.5.2 website on any device and any browser and I'm using H5P 1.15.7, however the issue appeared even with older version, also I've tried the direct h5p embed code, still same issue.

There's no specific content type, it's happening on all types and it's so random, sometimes it's solved by its own, sometimes I go to the edit page of the content and click preview, that's work too. The issue is so random, I couldn't match the cases, there's nothing in common between them.

I'm encountering an issue on our Moodle platform where H5P videos become inaccessible to specific students after they experience network connectivity issues during playback. This problem seems to be isolated to the affected students; for others, the videos continue to display normally. Importantly, there are no resource restrictions set that would otherwise limit access to these videos. This has occurred across multiple courses and has affected various students.
