Bugs in content types

I tried to see a demo for Speak The Words and it worked perfectly, showing a Spanish language course. After that I tried it again but it didn't show the course anymore. Differently what I saw whas a "what is 2 + 2 question" without any voice recording? Why did this happen? How can I get it back and test the language course the way I was doing before?

I'm using H5P Voice Recorder embedded on my site: https://confidentenglish.vn/elementor-788/(you can find it at the end of the page).

When clicking Record, it shows the https error, although my site has already served using https (as you can see in the link). So might I know what is the problem here and how can I make it works?

I am using Google Chrome on Desktop, Wordpress plugin.

I'm working with Moodle 3.5.5+, and my H5P plugin is 1.17.2 (build 2019031301). I've updated my whole system recently, but I always updated H5P libraries regularly. Since this update, I noticed that the videos coming from the WebTV of my university don't work anymore with the interactive videos.
