Bugs in content types

I recently upgraded the interactive videos on my site to the latest version, and have discovered that the custom xAPI code I was using to check if the user answered all of the questions correctly or not has stopped working. I turned on showing the xAPI event statement in the console, but I do not see why my code would not still work. Here is a snippet of the code I'm using:

In the module "Fill in the blank" I encountered the problem, when a user accidently type twoe space characters between words, it will count as an error.

For example:

The solution is:

"My home is my castle"

The User type:

"My  home is my castle"

...will throw that the text is not right

Is it possible to add a line in the configuration (behavior settings) - like "ignore more than one space character between words" ? Because many people accidently type two space chars instead of one. 

Still i have same problem inside my drupal-installation, also now i tried to create direct on h5p.org via upload an existing file to change/add new picture, always same problem: The file you are trying to upload might be too large.

Of couse files are small, also changing existing image against same failed.

What happens, could be the reason?  Problem exist on different content-types.
