Bugs in content types

Hi there, 

We've created an interactive video which requires students to submit 100% correct responses in order to move on to subsequent course items. In the Moodle gradebook, students who answer a "statement" style question incorrectly on the first attempt, but then correctly on subsequent attempts, retain a mark of zero on that question. It's as if the first attempt is the only that feeds to the Moodle gradebook. This is only happening for this particular question type, all others seem to be functioning fine.

When I upgraded interactive video (with some extras of my own), the older videos stoped work.

After 3 days(!) I found (like in the jokes) a semi-colon in the file - "upgrades.js".

Since I didn't even know this file exists I checked the original file in your place at github and saw the semi-colon in there, in  line 195:

Please remove it, to spare others go through what I went through :)

We have found an issue when using the H5P Interactive Content 'Dialog Cards' and clicking on the dropdown for 'Paragraph format' in any of the Text editors available, it continuously flickers. 

To replicate:

- Add an H5P Interactive Content activity to a Moodle Unit; 

- From the Editor, select 'Dialog Cards' from the Dropdown or search list; 

- Click in any of the 'Dialog Cards' text editor fields i.e. 'Title', 'Task description', 'Text', or 'Answer', and click the 'Paragraph format'
