Bugs in content types

Hi,

I recently found a bug that reverted all presentation embedd codes to one presentation. We caught in time but can't figure out what happened. Of 12 modules all were for the 11th. This course has run twice before with no problems and now all of a sudden this happens. Any ideas?

When using a fill-the-gaps exercise, whenever I use an apostrophe (e.g. weren't; can't; didn't), it always displays it as the wrong answer.
Yes, I use the same apostrophe (shift + #).

Does anyone experience the same issue or has a solution for that?

Today while working on a lengthy course presentation, I suddenly could not save my work. Getting this error: See attached screenshot.

Help! I really don't want to lose all this work.
