Bugs in content types

Hi,

A member of staff has developed a column interaction which at one stage was successfully reporting a single score to the Moodle gradebook. After more content was added it has stopped providing a score altogether.

I have been through it in detail and cannot see anything obvious. Do you have any suggestions as to what might be stopping the score output working in a previously working column? Would it be possible to porvide you with h5p file to look at?

1. Access the H5P for audio recorder via Chrome but it says my microphone is not supported (even though I've gone through the settings and selected microphone).
2. Wordpress 4.9.3
3. Tablet iPad (works fine on desktop)
4. Chrome

Some content types do not work for us, while others do. When I select the content type, only some or none of the options are there to edit that I see in the tutorials. I have created the content in the hub and uploaded it, but then I can't edit; it just has the constant spin and says Loading, please wait.... Specifically, this is on the Single Choice Set and Multiple Choice, but I have tried several of the content types and most of them do not work for us. I have also downloaded the samples and uploaded those, but get the same result. Any ideas? Thanks!
