Bugs in content types

As shown in the picture, when a multiple choice question pops up the very first option is highlighted in red. I've noticed frequently this is the correct question, even though I have it set to randomize answers. I've also tested in incognito mode on the browser to make sure it wasn't to do with me being signed in to H5P.

I'd prefer students not get hints when they are going through a video.

I'm about to launch a course but have a major problem with my Moodle/H5P. Actually, we are collapsed here.

Context: It is a graded course (passing grade 50%) that should probably have a "Show solutions" button by the end of each exercise to help students get what they did wrong.

I made an interactive video with a moodle plugin. I downloaded it and tried uploading it again here, at h5p.org to edit it and use it in a different context. But I got this error message:

The H5P file could not be uploaded
An unexpected error occured. Check your server error log for more details.

The same happens the other way around, when I make an interactive video here and try to upload it in Moodle, with the plugin.
