Bugs in content types

Hello everyone,

we always get "Video Not Supported" errors on several devices (iOS and Android), especially older devices... We have already tried different codecs, unfortunately there are always errors and we have not found a variant that works everywhere. Do you have a perfect guide on which codecs work where?

The workaround would be to host the videos externally: Are there any other alternatives to Vimeo Plus?

I would like to have a solution that always works...

Following a recent moodle update, the course presentation toolbar (previously located at the top of the editing box, for adding activities, images, etc.) is missing, whether in full-screen mode or not, rendering course presentation unusable. Please help.Thank you!

Our Moodle doesn't loading iframe content. It seems that just changing configuration from apache security files to fix, but didn't. The content doesn't open. That is happen only Moodle App to mobiles device. Someone already did face this problem? How can I do to solve this issue. My Moodle server is an Ubuntu 22.04.
