Question Set doesnt follow background image height

I have a question set setup with a background image and then I have setup a question type - doesnt matter which one result is the same.
When I view my question the background image only covers the height needed to show the question itself, rather than show the whole background image.As an example see the attached screenshot - the image is just a copy of the one from the example video to test with.
Is this a know bug or is there a fix for it?
