Resizable and invisible Image Hotspots

I was looking for a long time for such an easy tool to set hotspots with URL-Links on a Picture, but it's not nice to have a color circle with a plus on the image. The solution in the "Find multiple Hotspots" to create Hotspots is nice but there is no possibility to set an URL-Link.

So I'd like to have to set multiple Hotspots to an Image, resizable, possibility to set it invisible or changing the color and setting directly an URL-Link without first a textbox.
