Single Choice Set "Show Solution" button

In the course presentation, we've used the Single Choice Set activity type. But the "show solution" button doesn't work. Any idea why? thank you.

Hi akaskens,

I am unable to reproduce the issue that you are reporting. Can you please provide the following:

  1. Steps to recreate the bug
  2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well)
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type version
  7. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  8. Please provide the URL or attach the H5P of the content.

hanks for responding - here are som emore details:

1: to recreate bug, create a singl choice set in a course presentation. In the behaviour settings (of single choice set), check enable try again and show solution. Then try it (giving some incorrect answers) and try to click on "show solution". Button doesn't work. 

2-3-4. Using Moodle (desktop, Chrome), but doesn't matter, as the button doesn't work on H5P site either. 

5-6-7. plugin is updated; h5P content is indicated in item 1 above (course presetnation, then adding a single choice set activity.

Thank you for the information that you provided. I followed exactly how the steps that you indicated above and I still cannot reproduce the issue that you described. Please see attached screenshot.

Check this content that I created here if you encounter the problem on your end. You can also download it to see if there are some settings that is different from how you created yours.

Thank you! In your file, the "show solution" button worked fine - and I downoloaded your file to compare to my settings and I found the problem. IN the behaviour settings (of the single choice set), we were disabling the sound effects. I've now discovered that if you disable the sound effects, the "show solution" button does not work. To fix this, we will enable the sound effects. I think it would be good for H5P users to know that disabling sound also disables "show solution" (maybe just a line to that effect beside the "sound effects" checkbox.

Hi akaskens,

I'm happy that you found the solution and thank you for sharing it. I'll take note of this for future reference. I'll also get in touch with the core team since this doesn't look like a feature by design. We may still file a bug for the disabling sound effect affecting the show solution as well. I'll post the ticket here once it has been filed.
