Is the message board feature available?

I am issing the ability to create news with headline, body text and photo, and at the same time be able to define the start and end time of the post. It is important that posts becomes visible on time and disappears on time.

Is there anyone who knows a usefull plug in. - I have tried to use Timeline and Forum but none of these programs are suitable for the task

Currently this is not possible. Though would be a nice addition to the contents.
