General - Highlight "Edit copyright"-button when media is added, and fields in the "Edit copyright"-window is not edited by user

As a developer it is easy to forget to add copyright to imported media, so it would be great to have the "edit copyright"-button highlighted as long as the fields in the "edit copyright"-window is not altered.
