Interactive video - timeline

By having a timeline it is easier to see where the different media-elements are used and what time frame they are active in, particulary when there is a lot of added media elements. This can be very helpful at the end of the devolopment to get an overview, and if a unforseen issue has occured.

Functionality wanted:

- move a media element in time, and adjust the time frame for the element

- Move "jump in time"-pointers (media elements that can jump to another time in the film)

-  move/remove chapter area pointers
