Interactive Video, Multiple Choice questions show up with one highlighted

As shown in the picture, when a multiple choice question pops up the very first option is highlighted in red. I've noticed frequently this is the correct question, even though I have it set to randomize answers. I've also tested in incognito mode on the browser to make sure it wasn't to do with me being signed in to H5P.

I'd prefer students not get hints when they are going through a video.

Is this a known bug? Is there a way to not have an answer show up highlighted by default? I love that the answers highlight as you hold the cursor over them, but I don't want hints given out to students. 

Is there any way to fix this?

I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome and have the H5P Interactive Video embedded into a Moodle course.
