Hi guys!

Here's a fresh feature request mentioned in a session with NDLA in Berlin:

As a teacher, in Course Presentation I want to be able to use anchors (e. g. the slide titles) for jumping, so the navigation doesn't get messed up when moving, adding and deleting slides.
