Making f11 button make a course presentation full screen instead of browser full screen

I was wondering if it was possible to override the f11 button to make it that instead of the browser becoming full screen. A course presentation made in h5p becomes full screen.

I know this might seem slightly counter productive but I feel like it would stream line the course presentation experience

It's possible but I'm not sure how many people would benefit from this.
