Cant upload h5p file to Moodle

SaraCreates's picture

Hello!

I'm having problems uplading h5p files to our Moodle. There is an interactive video that i downloaded from the h5p webpage and i can upload it without a problem. But then, there is an Image Sequencing file that for some reason just does not want to upload. I tried it in my Moodle and our schools' one. I tired some tips from previous similar problems like deleting .vtt files (after opening it in zip under image folder and so on), but likewise it does not work.  Is there a way to correct this? The message i get is as follows in Message 1:

Could not validate H5P file.

Make sure the uploaded H5P contains valid H5P content. H5P files containing only libraries should be uploaded through the H5P Libraries page.

Then i tried to upload it in our school Moodle and i get a different message saying as in Message 2:

Validating h5p package failed.

Hi sara,

I am unable to reproduce this issue. I attached a screenshot of your content uploaded in Moodle. I would suggest that you update the H5P installed in the computer. If this still doesn't resolve the issue, please include the following information:

  1. Steps to recreate the bug
  2. Platform you're using: Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle (version number would be helpful as well)
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type version
  7. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!
