Exact markers for video interactions

Hello,

I´m a music teacher. Working with music videos, the ubication of interactions are not usefull because the exact placement of them.

May be in other contexs are not needed this precision but in music an arts is very important. 

Will be great to have 2 aditions:

1. use a type of "keyboard shortcut" or button where H5P memorize locations for later edition (and later interaction selection) in a live reproduction of the video. 

2. a better selection of the "time". in seconds there are not precision for media selections and the interactions are not in the exact point.
