Amount of text

How can I get more text to show in the True or False  (results).  I have a paragraph of text for 1-5 (text paragraph) and 6 - 8 (text paragraph) and 9 - 10 text paragraph)  It is cutting off my text.

I just want to make sure I understand your question, you are pertaining to the feedback text am I correct? The only way to do this is to make changes to the code. Here is a documentation that can help you get started.
