No content displayed in Moodle

Hi,

I run Moodle 3.4.2 (on a 1and1 hosting, installed through their app features), installed the H5P plugin through the Moodle plugins directory. When creating any H5P content, the creation works but nothing is displayed afterwards. The same when I download examples from the H5P website and upload them. All that is displayed is the title. No matter what role I look at it (Admin, Teacher, Student). I tried with Firefox 62.0.3 and the latest Version of Edge, same result: H5P result is not shown.

Tried deinstalling the plugin and reinstalling. No change. I also had all content types installed, so all libraries should be present.

I got the following error messages through the Firefox console (just replaced my exact web address with aaaa):

  1. HTML1300: Navigation wurde ausgeführt.view.php (1,1)
  2. HTTP404: NICHT GEFUNDEN: Der Server hat keine Übereinstimmungen für den angeforderten URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) gefunden.
    GET - http://aaaaa.aaaaa.com/pluginfile.php/1/mod_hvp/cachedassets/d8a513a1bae...
  3. CSS3121: Die Medienabfrage -ms-viewport ist veraltet.
  4. HTTP404: NICHT GEFUNDEN: Der Server hat keine Übereinstimmungen für den angeforderten URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) gefunden.
    GET - http://aaaa.aaaaaa.com/pluginfile.php/1/mod_hvp/cachedassets/d8a513a1bae...
  5. Unable to find constructor for: H5P.MemoryGame 1.2h5p.js (861,5)
  6. SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'getCopyrights' of undefined or null reference

If anyone had an idea how to fix this, that would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi BV52,

Thanks for your reply. I meanwhile found the error. Moodle hosted at 1and1 needs a php.ini file in the moodle directory with the following entry:

cgi.fix_pathinfo = 0

Hope this helps if someone runs into the same problem.
