Video format not supported

Hi

I Uploaded yesterday to your website a 15.5 mega mp4 movie to an interactive video.

After a few hours i recieved an "video format not supported" message.

I tried to do it several times (each time i had the same result)

this is the link to the interactive video (i uploaded it again now and it is working now)

Hi Beni,

I'm not really sure what happened since it is working now. If this happens again I suggest that you check the browser console for any errors.

I will check it tomorrow and make a print screen of the browser console if the issu "jumps" again

i reloaded the interactive video page again and i recieved the same error "video format not supported"
