Make H5P Hub (content type picker) translatable

Hi,

It is not currently possible to translate the content type picker displayed to the user during content creation. If I understand well this text is hosted on the centralized hub which makes it off limits. This is unfortunate as the amazing translation made so far results in a bit of mishmash of english and native language during content creation.

It may seem like a minor problem for organizations creating content internally, but it is a non negligible roadblock for organizations wanting to make H5P content creation available for a wider community of non english users, which H5P's intuitivity certainly invites to.

The organization I work at would be happy to contribute to the french translation of the content types, the plugins and the Hub. We would be happy to contribute to the PHP/Javascript programming involved as well.
