Interactive Video: "Cannot read property 'split' of undefined"

When I try to upload a video into interactive video, I am given this response: TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefined. Get the same response if I try to load video into interactive presentations. Video is mp4, 20 MB. I am using Wordpress 4.9.9 and most recent update of H5P (1.11.3) on Chrome desktop.

1. Is this the only video that is having the problem? If yes would you mind uploading it somewhere where we can download it so that we can check? If not see below.

2. Any PHP errors

All the videos are doing it, even ones I have uploaded succesfully before. I can't upload a video because it doesn't support the format mp4, and obviously I don't have a h5p file because it won't upload videos now. It seems to be working in Firefox but not Chrome. Why would that be?

Hi Arandle,

With how you describe the current issue I can only assume that it is Chrome that is causing it. I suggest that you try uploading using incognito mode as well as disabling any plugins in Chrome.
