H5P and VidGrid URL, not playing nice

Greetings,

For our organization, we use VidGrid to create and store videos (https://www.vidgrid.com/). The URL from VidGrid videos is not accepted in the H5P interactive content module. We get the message "Video format not supported." Can you please help us out with this?

Hi Renee,

You need to get the source URL for your videos not the URL for the player. This usually ends with an mp4 (if the uploaded video is mp4). I suggest that you contact Vidgrid's support and ask for assistance on how to get the source URL.
