Tool for the Image documentation

Hi, I want to document my images and looking for a tool like this as in the image below.

 

 

The documentation Tool is highlighted with a red arrow, does this tool allow us to add such arrows to our images? if not can someone please tell me which tool is it, to add such arrows and highlight features on the image.

Hi zubair01,

The content type closest to this is Image Hotspot, it does not let you add an arrow but instead a button that the user can click and to see more details.
