Problem reusing course presentation from H5P on a Moodle platform

Hello! I have a course presentation on the H5P site that I downloaded and then uploaded to a Moodle platform. The presentations works fine on the H5P site, but on Moodle it only works in the edit mode. When I press save and show the result is a mess: first two slides combined, text missing or messed up.... (see picture). Earlier reusing presentations like this was not a problem. Any ideas how to solve this? (I'm using MacOS Catalina.)

Hi AriK,

I am unable to reproduce the issue, in order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If this worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

<p>Hola</p><p>Tengo varios contenidos interactivos en mi plataforma moodle.</p><p>Hoy algunos alumnos me han avisado que al salir de la plataforma y volver, el contenido h5p no les conserva lo que han completado hasta ese momento y vuelven a la página de inicio con una puntuación de 0.</p><p>¿cuál puede ser el problema?</p><p>Gracias&nbsp;</p>

Hi Montse Burgos,

Please check the H5P settings and make sure that 'Save Content State' is enabled.
