Content type is different between users?

Hello!

I face a situation I didn't expect:

H5P is set on my Institution's Moodle and some people have access to certain content types and some don't.
I have access (genreal manager of the moodle platform) to 43 types of contents where some others (teachers) only to 36 of them.

I noticed a restricted library setting, but event when I allow it for the teachers it doesn't change the number of content types they get.

Could someone help me?

Hi Evej,

Can you provide the following:

  1. Content types that are available to you but not for the teachers (2-3 would be fine).
  2. Screenshot of the H5P library list
  3. Screenshot of the H5P HUB (search one content that teachers cannot see but you can)

The library (sorry it's quite long) in the attachment

 

The hub is also in attachments : I have a "Obtenir" on some items but some of them (branching scenario for exemple) are also present in the Teachers list...

Hi Evej,

This is in French if I'm not mistaken. Anyway checking at the list of the libraries and the H5P HUB some of the contents are not yet installed in your system. Installing them should also provide the teachers access to them. Only you as the administrator have access to installing the contents.

So I did "install" the elements from my own hub and it worked... Even if the list of the content the Teachers did not have was not exacty the same as my install list.

Never mind, I found what I needed, thank you again!
