H5P Hub not shown in H5P tab in Wordpress

Hey H5P Core team!

Recently installed the H5P plugin to my wordpress site. However, when going into the H5P tab, i do not see the H5P hub to create new content. I have also checked H5P settings on Wordpress to enable H5P hub! Could you please advise on how to fix this situation? Thank you! =)

Would you mind providing the following:

  1. Screenshort of the H5P settings
  2. Screenshot of the browser console (ctrl+shift+J or F12)

I got the issue resolved! Just needed access to the settings page from the admin and it was all good =) thanks for the prompt support though! Love the H5P platform!

Hi,

I'm having a similar problem where I select the tickbox to enable the H5P hub on wordpress, however when I click this, the whole screen goes grey and I'm unable to save the settings. This is shown in the attached screenshot. Any help would be appreciated,  thank you :)

Hi Josie,

Try using a different browser. I haven't been able to reporduce this issue but there is another post with the same issue that only happens in Chrome.

Hi, I was having the same problem on Chrome so I tried other browsers (Firefox and Safari) but no luck, the sreen turns grey and I can't connect to the H5P hub.

Hi EcoSecours,

Can you check for any browser console errors? You can also try disabling other plugins that my be interupting with H5P.

I am getting the same dark gray screen when attempting to enable the H5P hub.  I have tried Chrome and MS Edge as browsers.

I have also tried different browsers but with no luck. I can change anything on the H5P settings screen except to enable the H5P Hub. Is there a solution to this problem?

Have you tried disabling other plugins in WP. Also can you check if you have any errors in the browser console?

I also get a dark screen when trying to enable H5P Hub, whether using either Chrome, Edge, Opera or Firefox. Tried de-activating only other plugin, but made no difference.
