I have no sound under h5p so when i use embed to share my interactive video there is no sound on it, but even on h5p there is no sound, and the video is just working fine, out of H5P.

Could you please check ?

Here is the embed code of my video : <iframe src="https://h5p.org/h5p/embed/928638" width="1090" height="713" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe><script src="https://h5p.org/sites/all/modules/h5p/library/js/h5p-resizer.js" charset="UTF-8"></script>

Thanks.

Kind regards,

Ghalia

I am having the same problem. I've tried mp4, webm, and a youtube link. All of them do not work in Google Chrome, but they do work in Microsoft Edge. Is this just the way it is? And I can't utilize interactive videos in Chrome?

I am having the same problem. The audio will not work on google chrome, but then it will on Microsoft edge. I've tried w multiple file types linked below. I would really prefer to use Chrome

Hi Eric,

Just tested your contents and I can hear the audio. I'm using Chrome 90.0.4430.93, a few things you can try:

  1. Update your browser (if possible)
  2. Use Incognito
  3. Disable plugins in Chrome

If you still have the same issue, it is best to reach out to H5P.com support directly. You can check this page for more information on how to reach them.
