Safari does not display content of different formats; Google Chrome does

I work with H5p via WordPress.
The question set (but also several other formats) I made shows up in Google Chrome, but does not appear in Safari.
Also the set is not responsive in IOS or other media.

Look here for the question set:https://dutchindialogue.blog/vocab-tandartsbegin/

Could someone help me out?
Should I report on other media for help?

Yesterday I already sent an e-mail to contact.joubel.com but did not get any answer yet.

Best regards,

Geert van de Ven

Hi Geert,

For some reason I can't find the e-mail that you sent.

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  2. Mobile or Desktop
  3. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  4. H5P plugin version
  5. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  6. Any browser console errors
  7. Any PHP errors
  8. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

If it worked before:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am having a problem with the H5p plug in. I make exercises in Wordpress. I can link to them via Chrome, but Safari only shows the page title. Can you help me?

https://dutchindialogue.blog/vocab-tandartsbegin/

It works perfectly in Chrome, but Safari does not do the trick.

Wordpress checked the pages. They couldn’t find the problem and advised me to contact you. I would be very gratefull if you could send me some advise. It took a lot of work to make the exercises. Mij students use Safari, Chrome, Firefox and it is a nuisance that some get the message, others do not. Best regards, Geert van de Ven

Dear H5p-employee,

Did you see the extra information I sent you? Also a copy of an e-mail that was not answered during 1o days.
Could you, please, help me?
Or could you refer to an other site/provider that could give me the information I need.
WordPress tells me that you are my first aid agency.
Please, tell me if that is not the case.

Best regards,

Geert van de Ven

I would like to develop and publish a series of educational materials with h5p. There are video's involved (in 2 cases: around 10 minutes video; in 10 cases, small video's around 2-3 minutes). If I publish these materials on a Wordpress page that has 180GB free space? Are there limits to the space that h5p offers (GB's in total)? Where could a find data about the data space that is involved in h5p? How would I find information about the amount of space seprate video's take? Or is everything stored in Wordpress and is there no storage on h5p?

Hi Geert!

H5P does not set any restrictions regarding file sizes. Your host platform might (here WordPress), or your server may (for instance Apache) or the file system that the server uses.

If you host H5P yourself, e.g. on WordPress, then everything is stored there and nothing on h5p.org or h5p.com or anywhere else.

Cheers,
Oliver

Hi Oliver,

Appreciate it.

Thanks!

Best,
Geert
