Error with Javascript in Interactive Video

Hi,
I have a problem when i want to create a Interactive Video type.The editor show me the next message "field:group:interactiveVideo:assets". I don't know if it a problem with my browser or another thing. Im working in Google Chrome, in a Moodle platform (3.5) with the H5P plugin (1.20.2).
I need to sort out this problem because i really need to create this interactive content.
I will waiting your answers.

Can you try downloading the sample content here and upload it in Moodle then check if you can create a new content.

Hi BV52,
Thanks for the answer. That is the solution that we found temporaly, but we need to create content in Moodle, because i work on webmaster in a public university, and teachers have to create activities in that platform for the students. I think that could be a WAF lock by our internet provider when Moodle tries to comunicate with H5P server.

So you mean you were able to upload it in Moodle and edit the content? If so you should be able to create new contents. The reason why I asked you to download the test content is that I am suspecting that there are some libraries that are missing which is needed to use/edit Interactive Video. Doing this should have installed those libraries.

Problem solved! I communicated with our internet provider, we do some tests, and the problem was the WAF lock. Our server couldn't communicate with H5P server and some libraries and Javascript tools couldn´t be used.
