Variation of ImageHotspots

I was encouraged to share this variation of the ImageHotspots content type:https://mmelcher.org/wp/uncategorized/trying-out-h5p/ (Github https://github.com/x28de/Hotspots/commits/master/H5P.GlossaryHotspots-1.0 ).
Currently it is used as a new Content Type, but I wonder if it might become just another configuration option for the original ImageHotspots. Who is interested?

I think quite the same effect can be achieved without forking if using https://github.com/h5p/h5p-image-hotspots/pull/42
