Anyone else having problems using the H5P plugin with Moodle?

I'm trying to add some H5P interactivities into a course (using Moodle 3.6 atm) and this was working fine a few weeks ago but now I'm getting nothing other than a spinning wheel with "loading...please wait". I have tried various activities, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin three times and I've tried on Chrome, Firefox and Safari on two different Macs. I am planning to update Moodle soon but, as I said, this was working fine a few weeks ago so I'm wondering if anyone out there has had this same experience and/or has any ideas on what I can do in the very near term to get this working. Thanks!

Hi,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
  10. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  11. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

Thanks for your note. I am not sure how much more specific I can be other than what I said, as I covered most of your points in my original post. It happens every time I try to add an interactivity; I'm using Moodle 3.6 on my desktop, latest plugin is installed as I've uninstalled it three times now; and I've tried it on every browser. The attached is what I see. Endlessly

Hi,

Sorry for not editing the the question. However there are some questions/information that has been left out that may give the community clues to what may be causing the issue:

  1. Any browser console errors
  2. Any PHP errors

You also mentioned that this was working before it may also help if you can provide the following:

  1. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  2. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)
