Editor folder is not being cleaned

Hi all, my english is poor. Sorry.

I have an Opigno Drupal 8 installation with the h5p extensions up to date.

I'm adding interative videos and videos in Course Presentation and is working excelent.

The only thing is when I create / update a video, 2 copies are generated, one in "h5p\editor\videos" and the other in "h5p\content\nn" where nn belongs to the corresponding content group.

Videos in the "editor" folder remains unerased after saving.

Also, if I replace a video, the both 2 new copies are generated and the old editor copy remains for ever unerased.

Just to make a summary, all the active videos have 2 copies and the replaced 1 copy in editor folder.

I have 2 questions, how to make the editor copy get erased after edition, or, if this is not possible, to know if I can securely delete by hand h5p\editor folder from time to time.

I have renamed h5p\editor\videos to videos__ and created a new empty "editor\videos" and all seems to be working fine in the application.

Consider that I'm the only concurrent editor at this moment. No one else is working.
