Drag and Drop elements default colour has changed

Hi guys!

I've made quite a number of Drag n Drop exercises recently where the background colour of the draggable elements has been a nice, neutral grey. However, this now seems to have changed to white, and I'm unable to change it back to grey. I was wondering if you guys have changed the colour or whether it's simply a bug or even something else? I have checked it on a few different browsers and the colour is still white. Do you know if there's anything I can do to change it back to grey in order to keep it the same as the other Drag n Drop activities on my course?

I have attached before and after shots below.

Very much appreicated guys, as always!

Paul

Hi Paul,

Please make sure that you have a drop zone created and at least one drop zone is chosen inside the draggable's settings. The screenshot you provided looks like the text is static instead of a draggable. If you are sure that there are drop zones chosen for the draggable please attach a sample content that has the issue. Also please provide the following:

  1. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  2. Drag and Drop version
  3. Any recent changes to the environment (new plugins/modules, updates, configuration changes etc.)
  4. Any recent changes to the browser you're using (new extensions, updates etc.)

Hi BV,

Many thanks for your response. Since my initial message I seemed to have fixed the problem by simply playing around with the opacity of the draggable, with it now fortunately returning to its normal rounded, grey box. I thought what you suggested might have been the issue but I had drop zones created and chosen. Looks like it was just a very temporary issue.

Many thanks again for your input, as ever!

Paul
