Get all h5p content from specified user

Hi, I would like to know where can I find how to do the following.

I want my users to be able only to create an X amount of content. 

How can I do this?

Hi!

You'd have to modify one of the plugins where you can then use the database entries to check who authored how many content types and then block further content creation.
