When a student submits answers to a documentation tool by H5P, it's not showing in the gradebook that there is a submission. However when you click on the assignment in the grade book, you are able to see the response. 

Is there a way to make the documentation tool, gradeable?

Hi vsoeadmin,

The documentation tool was not designed to be a graded content hence there is no option to add a grade. But you do have a point that there should be an option to have it graded. I have moved your post to the feature request forum.
