Course Presentation not visible or accessible

I absolutely love h5p, but I really want this course presentation bug fixed.

Everything was fine until I updated some plug-ins in Wordpress about 2 months ago, around the turn of the year. Now, the course presentation that had just been showing perfectly on my website doesn't show anything for mobile and desktop. There's just a short white space instead.

On the back end of Wordpress, in the h5p plug-in, when I try to make a new course presentation or edit my exisiting one, the page just says loading and never loads it up. I have no access to the course presentations at all, basically.

I'm using the Firefox browser. It's the same problem for Chrome, too. I'm using h5p plug-in version 1.15.4.

Hi cassandra82,

You mentioned that the issue started after you update some plug-ins in WP, would mind checking if the issue persists if you disable these plugins.

Also in order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!
