Drag the words: 'Reset Drop' modal frequently appears
I have a wordpress site (5.9.3) and h5p (1.15.4) with drag the words (1.8.21) content as part of the column, interactive presentation and book content types. This bug has always been present (for two years or so).
When the student drags a word into a gap and drops it in, at that moment a modal may appear with the question 'Are you sure you want to reset this drop zone?' I have no idea why this appears or what it means to reset a drop zone, as it seems to be triggered randomly when a word is dropped into an empty gap.
This happens one in every 20 or so drags, but can be annoying especially when the column is long, as the student has to scroll to the top to close the modal.

Hi Sam,
This only happens when you double click a drop zone that already have an answer inside it. So I am suspecting that you may be accidentally clicking on one or your mouse may be malfunctioning. If you are sure that you are not double clicking on a drop zone with an answer I would suggest that you share the URL of your content.

Hi Sam and BV!
I notice the exact same bug (which has already been mentioned on this forum). It happens in an erratic way, not bad but tends to become annoying in the end.
I disagree with BV's explanation. You don't need to double-click a draggable element that is inside a drop zone to trigger that modal window, a single click is enough.
My explanation is that sometimes when you drag a draggable element towards an empty drop zone, and drop it there, H5P acts as if you had clicked an occupied drop zone, and this triggers (uselessly) the modal window.
A fix would be welcome.

Hi papi Jo,
You're right a single click does trigger the modal window. I'll continue testing this and report it to the dev team once I have reproduced the issue.

Why have the modal?
Hi BV. I should add that this also happens with the same frequency on mobile devices, when the word is dragged and released using touch. Sometimes it will happen twice out of 5 drags, or not at all out of 40. I have drag the word exercises within column and presentation content types.
I'd go a step further and ask what is the point of a 'reset the drop zone' modal? Intuitively, students who want to remove a word from a drop zone will drag the word back out. It is far more complex to double-click/touch a drop zone then read a modal then select yes on that modal. We can make the software simpler and better at the same time by removing the modal completely.

I quite agree with Sam's suggestion to remove that seemingly useless and misleading modal window.

Yes Papi Jo. Bring the fight. Like Conan the Barbarian, we tear through the h5pniverse, bringing evil lords to their knees with suggestions to remove unnecessary modals.

Hi Sam,
I spoke too soon. The 'erratic' behaviour of the 'Reset Drop' modal window is indeed annoying but... it is needed when navigating the H5P content with the keyboard (as opposed to the mouse). So I have to retract my earlier suggestion of removing this feature from H5P Drag the Words.
