Load new question in new page

Hi, is it possible to have H5P customized by an external coder so that when somone plays a quiz, a completly new page is loaded with every next question. Every time the user press next button on the quiz, the URL should change and the next question in the order should be displayed. 

Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

Yes, this should be fully possible, and if you use Drupal you may use the quiz 4 module and the included quiz_h5p module to achieve this.
