Can't find duplicate content in Branching Scenario

Hi there,
Whenever I preview my branching scenario, I see a duplicated chapter in the drop-down menu (see attached photo for reference), but I can't find it when I go back to editing mode. Could this be a glitch that H5P is experiencing?

Hi CBID2,

Please attach a sample content. The screenshot you attached clearly shows the issue you described but I'm afraid it is near impossible to diagnose what is causing it.
