Image hotspots that opens interactive videos

Is it possible to have an image with hotspots, where the hotspot opens a h5p interactive video with build it true or false questions?

Creating an image with a patient with problem areas, if you click on the area a learning video is showed with a few questions worked into the video.

I have tried creating the interactive video (h5p plugin in wordpress), and then adding the shortcode into the "open video" part of the hotspot but obviously it does not support the formart.

Is this maybe possible another way around?

I'm afraid what you described is not possible. However I think it is a great idea and moved your post to the Feature request forum.

Also please note that H5P is open sourced so you or anyone in the community can create or fund the the development of the feature.
