Wordpress 6.1 - h5p - Keeps loading

Dear all,

I installed h5p (1.15.4 via Wordpress plugin) according to your guide on https://h5p.org/documentation/setup/wordpress

I can get to the site where I can create new content. I click on "multiple choice" and "use" I end with the text "loading". It seems as if the plugin cannot go further.

I re-installed everything, I even tried to install the plugin manually. But I cannot get it to work. Do you know what the problem is? What can I provide to narrow down the problem so that we find a proper solution? :-)

Is it possible that important parts of the plugin are being blocked?

Hi herrgraf,

I suggest checking the browser console for any errors. It might give you some clues to what could be causing the issue.

Okay. I am a step further. Because of the new BDSG (Data Privacy Law) I have to use google fonts on my server instead of linking it to google servers. 

I get this message: 

Content blocker prevented frame displaying https://herrgraf.de/wp-admin/admin.php?page=h5p_new from loading a resource from https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans 

 

But I think the problem lies here: see picture

Hi herrgraf,

I'm not sure how it is related to new BDSG (Data Privacy Law) but an error 403 usually mean that the calling process doesn't have the necessary permissions to acces the files.

Hey BV,

unfortunately it did not help. I saw the posts earlier and tried it. I deactivated every plugin and gave permissions: rwx r-x r-x

I even renamed the .htaccess - without a solution to the problem. I used h5p earlier and it worked fine. I don't know why it is not working now.

Is there anything else I can do to solve the problem?

Hey,
Is there any one out there who can help? The problem is still actual. It worked the last time, but unfortunately not anymore. I do not know why and I don't understand how to fix it. I would really appreciate your help.
