Cant Creat New H5P

Hello, I have set up a new Wordpress site. Latest version. 6.1.1. Nothing is installed yet. I just installed H5P, LearnPress and Elementor. I am using a free theme. astra

I enter the creation page to add a new H5P content. I'm doing the H5P content. (For example Question Set, Course Pre. or Drag Drop i try many of them...) Then when I press the "Create" button on the right side of Wordpress, the page reloads and the content disappears. A new event is not recorded.

I use PHP 7.4

What can I do, anyone know?

Hi gencyazilim,

Initially there are 2 possible causes that I can think of. First there is something interfering with the H5P plugin or the there was an undetected issue when the plugin was installed. I suggest that you disable other plugins then try again. If you encounter the same issue please uninstall/reinstall the H5P plugin. If both steps failed please provide the following:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem
