Hello
I made an H5P Drag And Drop where 2 elements have to be placed in the matching box. The rest has to go in the trash. The scores seem to assign correctly. But when I look at the Attempts report in Moodle 4.1, it looks not okay.
What is going on here? Thank you.

Your attempt report looks much more structured.
Hi BV
Thanks for testing! Your attempt report looks much more structured. So I suppose you read it in another platform? Could it be a Moodle (4.1) bug?
Our a bug in our Moodle?

Hi SNT,
I don't have any clear answers for you. However, I did try this on a Moodle 4.1.2 (Build: 20230313) and I got the same results. So this could possibly be not specifically a Moodle issue but some settings. I've attached a screenshot of my settings and maybe you might see something there. Additionally it may be a good idea to post a similar question in Moodle's forum.

Thanks a lot for your help. I already see one difference. We use the H5P core activity (the blue icon), your print screen indicates that you are using the H5P plugin (the black icon identified as interactive content). I'll ask on the Moodle forum if anyone knows something more.
Thank you!
