Missing Required Library

Dear all,

around since two weeks I have problems with embedding h5p files. It doesn't work anymore to download files and embed them on another platform. It does work, if I download the files, I created before on h5p.org, and embed them. So there seems to be an error on h5p.org during concluding files now.

On the other platform I get this error message: "missing required library".

Do you have any tipps?

Hi Lena,

We do not recommend using H5P.org to host "real" contents (we've had more traffic than our server can handle lately, ref also the warnings when you create content, embed content and view the content). The servers used for H5P.org were not designed to handle this traffic hence issues with basic functionalities.

With regards to your other issue when you "other platform" which platform are you referring to? I would also assume that the error message happens when you are uploading a content. If so please attach your content/s so that we can check.
