Rendering of H5P question sets in Moodle

A number of my H5P question set components have broken on Moodle. The ‘broken’ components are looking like this:

the ones which are working look like this:

What have I done already to try and resolve the issue?

1. Compared settings between the component that is working and the one that is not working - there seems to be no discrepancies between the settings causing the issue

2. Looking to see if specific questions used in the question set (e.g. multiple choice, true or false, fill in the blank) are causing the issue specifically - there seem to be no discrepancies here either

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to resolve the issue. Thank you

Would you mind completing or at least providing most of the information requested in the bugs forum.  Also please attach the image as copy/paste will not work.

Hi Jamier, I can't see your screenshots but it seems I am experiencing the same issue. Could you let me know if you found a solution?
